Mountain Sport Center Formazza is at the service of mountain and high-altitude sports enthusiasts. It is located in Riale, in the upper Formazza Valley, just above the Toce waterfall. A winter paradise for skiing, but also a formidable location for summer sports. Try the mtb trails through which you can reach the passes overlooking the Riale plain, with mountain bikes that can be rented at the cross-country skiing centre Centro Fondo. A few steps away are the Hotel Aalts Dorf and the Walserschtuba guest house, both characteristic mountain lodgings of the Walser tradition with wooden rooms and restaurants with typical Alpine cuisine in a gourmand version.
