In the traditional Hamlet of Cadarese di Premia, the spring water emerges naturally from the ground at a temperature of around 42° and contains prized therapeutic and hydrating properties. The spa is composed of an area featuring outdoor and indoor thermal pools, a wellness centre with saunas and Turkish baths and a massage area with a vast range of relaxing treatments on offer.
SPA SERVICES:
Relaxation and wellbeing await for the whole family at the Thermal Pools Area. The indoor pools area features loungers, hydro massage jets, a vascular walk and children’s pool, combining thermal heat with a breath-taking view of the imposing mountains that form the backdrop to the valley. The outside pools offer guests the chance to really soak up the nature all around. Hydro massage jets and underwater music allow you to relax, whether kissed by the summer sun or surrounded by warm steam from the thermal waters on cold winter days. The spa’s opening hours are flexible enough to adapt to any need.
The Wellness Centre area, (open to anyone over the age of 14) combines all the benefits of thermal heat with the pleasure of relaxation. The centre promises an extremely regenerative and relaxing experience including various types of saunas and Turkish baths, multi-sensory showers and cold-water tanks to refresh and tone the body. These facilities can also be combined with massages and aesthetic treatments.
WELLNESS SERVICES:
The “Premia Terme” thermal waters are medically recommended as a way of treating respiratory problems through aerosol and inhalation. Balneotherapy is recommended for joint and dermatological problems. Phlebology treatments – the vascular walk – are recommended for people with chronic venous insufficiency of the legs. Treatment can be organised privately or through the National Health Service.
OTHER SERVICES:
The spa features a snack bar, where guests can enjoy delicious salads, diet-friendly dishes, snacks, paninis, toasted sandwiches, flatbreads and focaccia all day long. Within the spa, next to the bar is the children’s area, which features games, colouring and lots of other fun activities, which will ensure “adults” get some time to relax. Outside, next to the thermal pools, is a small playground, which is open all summer long.
The spa also offers a multi-functional room, which can seat between 100 and 160 people, making it the ideal setting for all kinds of meetings and events.
